Adam’s Home Furnishings – Delivery & Pickup Policy


Pickup Policy

All purchases must be picked up within 14 days of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

After 14 days:

  • Orders will be considered final sale

  • A storage fee of $5 per day, per item will apply

  • Items may be held until all storage fees are paid in full

Adam’s Home Furnishings is not responsible for any damage or loss to items not picked up within the 14-day period.


Delivery Policy

We offer delivery through professional third-party delivery teams.

Delivery Terms:

  • Delivery includes placement in the first available dry area inside the home (e.g., entryway, garage, or main floor)

  • Assembly is NOT included unless “White Glove Delivery” is purchased (subject to availability)

  • A signature and/or photo confirmation is required upon delivery

Once delivery is completed and accepted, the order is considered fulfilled and final


Delivery Time & Satisfaction Window

Customers have a satisfaction window of up to 14 days from the purchase date OR until delivery is completed (whichever comes first).

After this period:

  • No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued

  • Exceptions may be made only in cases of verified delivery delays caused by the delivery provider


White Glove Service (Optional)

Where available, White Glove Service includes:

  • In-home placement beyond the entry area

  • Basic assembly

This service must be purchased separately and is subject to scheduling availability.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring clear and safe access for delivery (doorways, hallways, staircases)

  • Measuring spaces to ensure items will fit before purchase

  • Being present (or having a representative present) at the time of delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or customer absence:

  • Additional delivery fees may apply

  • The order will still be considered valid and subject to all policies


Limitation of Liability

Adam’s Home Furnishings is not responsible for:

  • Damage to walls, floors, or property during delivery where reasonable care is taken

  • Items that do not fit into the customer’s space

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery providers beyond our control


Storage & Abandoned Orders

Items not picked up or scheduled for delivery within a reasonable time frame may:

  • Accumulate storage fees

  • Be considered abandoned if left unpaid

We reserve the right to take appropriate action to recover outstanding balances.
